Good quality keyboard
So my previous keyboard was a magic keyboard, some im going to be comparing to that
The packaging was nice, i use the foam it came in as padding at the bottom of the keyboard.
The keyboard build quality was top notch, everything fit perfectly and there isn't much ping
its quite a heavy board, i wuld say about twice as heavy as my magic keyboard.
I flashed VIA, which is much better then QMK, and its pretty easy to use. Layers are nice, lighting effects are good
my pcb was upgraded to a v2, yay. my stabilizers came pre-lubed, so thats a bonus. i didn't like the metal feet much, so i didn't use those. The rgb doesn't shine through my keycaps, but thats kidna the fault of the keycaps so I won't hold it against them
Overall a solid board. Came with extra screws which i needed because i lost two of mine.
one of the stabilizers (the spacebar) came with one of the ends put in upside down, so i had to take it apart and fix that. Also no instruction manual and a weird mounting system, but i like it. The included cable was a nice touch, wish it was coily but eh. I touch type so i don't really look at the legends, so i didn't care much about the backlight
other then that, when building it i would recommend be a little gentle with the screws, they strip if you tighten them too much
put some of the packaging foam under the bottom of the pcb, it should help with ping.
configure with via, much better then qmk, and make sure to update the firmware (hold down the gold button at the back of the pcb to go into dfu mode)
