It's just switch opener but the magnets are gimmicky. And with the small size it almost impossible to open without using finger nails. I thought a switch opener would be easier to open and use.
Works perfectly. Have opened around 200 switches with it and it feels the same every time. Nice that it’s really small and stays together with magnets.
Haven't used it and probably won't but I love the red color and it makes a nice desk accessory. I find myself playing with the magnets in it quite a bit.
Get this one if you want a switch opener on your keychain
The ai03 switch opener is better quality than plastic ones you'll find on AliExpress, Etsy, or Amazon. It can handle both MX style that has 4 piece tabs and Kailh style that has 2 piece tabs.
If I didn't already have this one, I probably would've gotten a switch opener designed by BlindAssassin111 from TheKey.Company (TKC) as it's a slightly more better form factor if you're not gonna carry a switch opener on your keychain. The ai03 opener is a bit too small for my fat fingers and so it can get frustrating to open if you use it a lot. Plus the TKC switch opener is cheaper at $21.99.
It's a switch opener, it does it's job just fine. Do note you should rotate one of the sides 180 when you put it back together to make it easier to open the next time
I was sent an empty box instead of the product I ordered. I contacted customer service asking for a refund. They told me that they had more in stock and that all they could do was send me a replacement.
Drop charges twice what comparable versions of this product cost on Amazon and takes at least twice as long to ship the product.
After that I got an email asking me to rate my experience. I followed the link less than an hour after the email was sent and the site said I couldn't submit my review because my customer service claim was now closed.Excuse me!
I don't normally leave reviews or care much about the service I get one way or another, but this is beyond unacceptable. Drop doesn't care about you as a customer or your time. Absolute rip off!
