Man this is taking what seems like forever to get my board. Why do the Blacks have to take so long to ship :(

HBlakeHI hear you @HBlakeH <br /><br />It took slightly longer for the Blacks to clear Chinese custom. Now that it has, we are pretty hopeful that we can get it mid week, and have them shipped out very quickly afterwards. <br /><br />We are expecting similar fulfillment schedule for the blank spacebar keycap.

nelsonHey guys, <br /><br />Got off phone with Vortex regarding the status for the Blacks just moments ago. Despite having clear the China custom late last week, it was only released for shipment earlier this week.<br /><br />Just to be clear, we use UPS expedited for international shipment. So the actual transit time is no more than 4 days. It's just unfortunate that our shipment was stuck in Chinese custom for a bit longer than ideal this time around. We don't expect any delay for this shipment at US custom, and on that basis, our warehouse is prepared to get the product late this week or early next week.<br /><br />I'll update more here once I get more information. <br /><br />Thanks for the patience guys!

HBlakeHIn the beginning of the group buy, we promised everyone that we would have everything shipped out within 14 business days. Admittedly, we are currently at day 12 so our internal fulfillment deadline is getting uncomfortably close.<br /><br />If we cannot have the Blacks shipped out this week, we will be giving everyone free shipping upgrade.
