To clarify for some people: This is a PREORDER. This means that Massdrop does not have a supply of keyboards to be sent out. They are taking all of our orders at once and sending them to the manufacture to have them all made. Once made, the manufacturer will send all the keyboards back to Massdrop where Massdrop will ship each keyboard to it's rightful owner.<br /><br />All that we are asking is if we could have little updates about important steps in the process, such as cbbrowne eluded too (order sent to vendor, manufacture complete, order shipped to massdrop, shipping to individuals, etc..)<br /><br />Also, this is my first massdrop and I was wondering what your position in the group buy actually means. What part does that factor into?

PilotChupMassdrop ships out the orders in the order they're received. They're pretty good about hustling the orders out once they have the product, but sometimes the product is shipped in batches--in those cases, it pays to have an early position in the drop. Not really a big deal, though.
