KBT didn't send us the printed key caps. We're probably just shipping everything out regardless with ABS shine through but we need to make sure we have the correct quantities of to ship out, and then wait for KBT to send us the correct keycaps. We then have to modify all of the orders to ship out shine throughs and flag them to be corrected later. Ie we will send you the printed ones later. We also have to make sure KBT doesn't expect to send back the extra shine throughs that we plan send out now.

MarkSend my my damn keyboard. I don't care about the keycaps now. Words like "probably" are not good when folks are looking for a single point of truth.
Glad it took you guys a week to come up with "probably shipping these out".
Thats the kind of decision making I expect from my girlfriend when it comes to where we eat out not a company that has the product and my money.

I've been watching and not saying anything about the delay, but Mark's previous comment makes me want to cross my fingers for the keyboard and stay away next time (at least from pre-orders).
As the source of truth and information for us, Mark, the uncertainty in your voice does not install any confidence in either this order or Massdrop. I appreciate the truthfulness and the details of the complication, but the damage has already been done.
