I have two, I love them. One for work (coding), and one for home and travel. They make my desk feel so much less cluttered, I can't believe I used to use such enormous (standard) keyboards. These are so solid, and I got used to the layout really quickly. The shine-through keys work very well with the backlight, but they are a bit glossy, so I had to keep the backlight on at work to see the markings. The pbt keys are really nice and clear, they look a lot more sensible and businesslike, and feel great. I now use the shine-through one for home and travel, it's great in low light.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
