I finally got my revised backspace after a ridiculous wait but the package looks like some fucker dragged it on the road till it cheese grater-ed the fuck out of the keycap. Ironic how the frown cap is perfectly in tact. That keycap represents exactly how I feel right now

TsuruyaGeez. That package got demolished. Can you please contact Support again so they can send another replacement. I don't know if there's much I can do about the courier putting it on a belt sander, but I'll see if they can bubble mailer it or something this time.

AlexPkYes I will. And thank you Alex! There was nothing between the envelope and the keycap besides the baggie it was in(which was torn through) so having it wrapped in a bubble wrap would at least add an extra layer in between.
