We are reaching out here to let you know that after working with the vendor to resolve the issues with this keyboard, they now believe that the firmware will not be able to resolve the issues with this keyboard and have agreed to upgrade those of you who are still having trouble to a brand new keyboard which will have the latest PCB the lab has updated.
If you would like to exchange your keyboard for a newer version, please respond to the support email you received or contact support"Monday April 17th.

Well great I never received an email, or a notice regarding this recall. I am seriously frustratedad typing onthis keyboard right now

I returned but might be interested in getting the fixed version. How could I go about that?
We are working with NKPC and other brands on more keyboard designs (mostly 60%s), stay tuned :)
I can't ship it back, so I guess I won't be able to exchange?
HA why would we trust you, or your vendors to actually deliver a working keyboard?
