Great device but needs clean power

I'm using this as a device to display my inbox to keep me focused on my main display. It works wonderfully for this purpose, but beware it is not resilient to dirty power. I am powering it with this device: https://drop.com/buy/eleks-power-console-and-usb-hub and the screen has an interference pattern across it.

Maxtorm519To supplement the prior review: the display bar also does not play well with Windows power, so when the computer comes back from sleep, the display bar does not. The only solution is to disconnect power and reconnect.
