lukehaI don't think that the 28 USD one is going to get fulfilled after you make the purchase. Because that is way much cheaper than our stock-in price.
The manufacturer of this product is a close friend of mine, and I've known this product since the molds of the item is being made. There is no way that it comes with FedEx free shipping of 28 USD. The item itself weighs more than 0.5 KGs and shipping itself via FedEx will cost more than 40 USD. (Besides FedEx does not accept global parcels with batteries in them.)
The Second and the third link is selling this item for around 50 USD, which is not way much cheaper. But please keep in mind that no Aliexpress sellers sending direct parcels will not have to pay tariffs.
