The wide base is very efficient for exchanging heat over an alcohol stove and therefore uses less fuel. It is far more stable than most tall cylindrical pots I’ve used. The insulated handles are a big advantage. I like it, use it for adding hot water to dehydrated meal preps in backcountry (wilderness) outings, and need only carry this, a spoon, and a mug for brewing tea

Love it! Used it with my Pocket Rocket 2 and it boiled super fast! My only complaint is the lid doesn't want to stay on so when you have it in your pack you have to fish for it when you get it out.
