My $2, 9-inch stainless steel square chopsticks are 18g for the pair. I have another pair of Keith titanium chopsticks (the ones with the blue bottom-half) that are around 14g, if I recall. Are these chopsticks really 14.5g each as it says in the specs, or are they 14.5g for each pair? Also, a true ultralighter has multiple uses for each piece of gear. Maybe these could double as toggles on a marlin spike hitch for a PCT bear bag hang, or a hammock? Or an emergency backup for a lost tent stake? :-)

raja_jajacould always just carve a new tent stake out of sticks, if you are adventuring in a sticks-having environment of sorts
