Careful when staking out the rain fly -- make sure you're going as lateral as possible with your "staking-force." I apparently had too vertical of a tie down, as I managed a 4-inch rip in the bottom-right seam of the rain fly upon the first time I built the tent.
Submitting a ticket now, but not a great discovery at the beginning of a 3 day rainstorm.
