I bought a distressed TN2 tent from an REI garage sale for $50. I sent it in to Kelty and they really went above and beyond to patch it and get it back to working shape. In my experience Kelty really stands behind there products. At a little over 4 lbs, it is not the lightest tent. Consider the low price point and that you really can fit two adults in this tent and they can do things like sit up and play cards. I have even fit myself + girlfriend + dog, though that was pretty tight. I have not had any problems with the mesh walls and wind or sand. Picture is from big pine lakes in the eastern Sierra.
