Drop + The Lord of the Rings™ Dwarven CSTM Decorative Case
I bought one through Amazon and they offered more switch types. The silver switches are light and quick.
It is a little taller than I like and I would recommend a wrist rest
Epicgamer7That's up to you, Drop has a great price on it.
If they have the switch you want, I would order from Drop. Not a critical item, it is a keyboard not a donor kidney.
I just got one of these from Amazon (Gateron yellows in white Snowfox) for $95 , so Drop comes at a good discount. It's a great board--attractive, solid and heavy for a plastic case, foam dampener included, and the stabilizers are quite good--but it came with the weirdest cable I have ever seen, which delivers power, but does not communicate with my laptop, so I had to use a cable from another board. . .
TommyKnockersThat's what I thought, but although the rgb lights up when I plug this cable into my laptop, pressing the keys on the Snowfox does not register with the computer. So, I just switched it out with another usb c cable--same laptop, same usb port--and it works fine. . . I also did a Google image search with the photo above and got nothing like it. . . I don't want to play around too much for fear of shorting something out.
