A joint effort between Kennerton and Fischer Audio, the Magister Pro headphone is assembled by hand in Russia using the best materials possible. An improved version of the Magister, this model replaces the original’s plastic components with brass for a more robust, longer-lasting build. The acoustic enclosure is crafted from oak wood, carved of deliberately selected planks glued to one another to neutralize parasitic resonances inside the acoustic chamber. The angled lambskin ear cushions provide lightweight comfort for hour after hour of listening. For crystal-clear sound to match the headphone’s high-end look, the 42-millimeter driver is equipped with a composite mylar diaphragm, a moving coil, and a titanium coating, and the inner wiring is made of vintage high-grade Litz wires. A 6.6-foot-long cable with a mini-jack termination rounds out the package, and a quarter-inch adapter is included for use with different devices.
