UPDATE: Kent sent me a new pair and also instructed me to clean the old gloves with a damp cloth. That has fixed the issues so far! I'm very satisfied with the solution and it is all good now! Hey everyone Im very disappointed. My gloves stopped working with my iphone. I had no idea the touchscreen feature was not permanent. It only lasted me a single winter (from 2018 to 2019). Is there anything that can be done to salvage them?

If my hand measurement is exactly 7.5 or maybe slightly above, I should go with an 8.5 glove, right?

cherrickIf you're exactly 7.5, then go with 7.5. If you're slightly above, get 8.5.

Did anyone receive a "two-toned" brown version of this most recent drop? Definitely not what I paid for or was advertised. @KentWang

albatross621There's naturally some variation with the brown colors when they are dyed at the tannery, and the deerskin and touchscreen leather come from different tanneries. If you're not pleased with your pair, just email us at sales@kentwang.com and we can exchange for black. Black is always consistently the same color. Sorry we're only just now seeing your comment. We've asked Drop to implement a feature to notify us whenever there are comments.
