UPDATE:
Kent sent me a new pair and also instructed me to clean the old gloves with a damp cloth. That has fixed the issues so far!
I'm very satisfied with the solution and it is all good now!
Hey everyone Im very disappointed. My gloves stopped working with my iphone. I had no idea the touchscreen feature was not permanent. It only lasted me a single winter (from 2018 to 2019). Is there anything that can be done to salvage them?
