Steven_KentWangAs far as I'm concerned, nothing yet. Tried to cancel my order on March 24th, MD refused arguing that it was about to ship. I received a shipping notification on April 9th, the tracking corresponds to a package shipped on April 4th and the last info is on April 7th "In Transit to Next Facility". Acccording to MD there's no problem, but 16 days that's more than the usual delivery time between USA and France. The drop was already 1 month late, I would have preferred infos than what appears to be a phoney tracking.

It was my first day to use the umbrella today, and unfortunately it leaked! Not just leaking at the seams, but all throughout the panes. It's very disappointing.

We stand behind all our products. Sorry we've only just now seen your comment. We've asked Drop to implement a function to notify us of comments and reviews but they haven't gotten around to it.

EwenFRDid you end up receiving your umbrella? We shipped to Drop on time. International shipments can often be delayed by customs; unfortunately there's nothing anyone can do about that. Sorry we've only just now seen your comment. We've asked Drop to implement a function to notify us of comments and reviews but they haven't gotten around to it.
