I just received them and see the nose pieces are angled so far inward that they don't properly rest on my nose. The result is they sit too high and are uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

GleoI see you received your order. Did you receive an email May 1, 2020 stating that there was a problem with the drop?

smjacksI did, but that message referenced a delay in shipping and said nothing about the item being defective.

GleoTake a pair of narrow tip pliers, tape the tip to avoid scratches and gently adjust it back to shape, easy peasy!

mylaAnd what if they break off? Too risky, and shouldn't have to repair a new item. I returned them.

GleoThe whole idea to have a nose pad is for flexible adjustment, they are made with soft metal and it's not easy to break.
