Question to those who have received their knives already (Mine should be here today!).
How strong is the liner? Is it strong enough to survive a decently hard whack on the back of the blade when it's open?

thekdubmine did just fine but i actually have an assortment of hammers. I cant think of any reason to whack the back of the blade in any everyday situation lol Great knife i love it.

thekdubIf you're using a knife for what it is intended for (cutting) there will never be a need to "whack" the spine unless you're just looking for something to complain about to the manufacture if something DOES happen when you try it. SMH

rmorgan712Not looking for something to complain about, just looking to see how strong the liner is in case there would be a situation when there it a bit of force closing the knife without moving the liner out of the way.
Mine still has not arrived... Was supposed to arrive Monday, but stupid USPS is trying to be as slow as they can with it...

thekdubMine hasn't arrived yet either, and USPS is no help with their tracking. "Location: CANADA" with no delivery estimate.

XinwxHleakSame.. Mine was estimated to arrive on monday, and I just today (8/12/15) got an update saying that it's at least relatively close to me at another distribution center, though the one it's at right now tends to take a long time for them to finally get shit shipped out to the closer distribution center..
Wish postal services would stand up to what they say.. (First Class is "1-3 business days" on their website..)

XinwxHleakYou have to enter the USPS tracking number into the Canada Post tracking website. Canada Post will track it once it's in Canada.

qdog83Thanks for the information! Asendia put a link to USPS when they handed it over to them, so it didn't even occur to me to check Canada Post.
