Because I love knives and so do you, you guys should know what the laws are in your state or country are. For instance, in California, you cannot carry this particular knife anywhere in public meetings, schools, college campuses, courtrooms, or on public transport.
Because this is not considered a concealed weapon or a switchblade, the worst offense you could get for merely possessing this tool is a misdemeanor in california.

timcI don't know the actual penal code numbers, but you can't carry a blade or a blade over 2.5" (depends on the place) in public meetings (city council meetings, etc), elementary/middle/high school, college campuses (unless an enrolled student or employee), or government buildings. Not sure on the public transit bit. That post is a little misleading though because you are allowed to carry it in public. As long as "public" isn't one of the specific places listed above.
