PinderNETFaster response to opening a ticket than I have experienced in the past. I was immediately offered a refund and took it so no explanation for the delay or lack of communication.
So, that's interesting...
On 09/10 the description still said this had a SpeedSafe assisted opener.
So this makes 2 times now that the product description on this knife was changed during live drops.
Hope everyone who joined this time takes note, and contacts support about it.

Hello Glenn,
Tyler here with Drop Community Support, thanks for reaching out today! I understand you've noticed an inconsistency on the KERSHAW COPPER NATRIX FOLDING KNIFE product run page, thank you very much for letting me know. I'm happy to look into this for you.
I'm forwarding the information you provided to my colleague for further review and asking if they can make the suggested correction. Once I hear anything I will pass that information on to you as soon as possible.
We greatly appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our platform and user experience. I've passed along this feedback about the constant Spec errors on product run pages and your suggestion to employ a dedicated knife expert that can handle negotiations, co-labs, and oversee the listings to the Drop team for further review and consideration.
I thank you very much for all your patience and understanding on this matter, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns and I'm happy to help!

Folks,
With all the grief you have received regarding the incorrect Specs on the Copper Natrix knife, you still don’t have it fixed. The listing Description states:
“ Because the blade is propelled by the SpeedSafe opening system, it opens fast and smooth.”
Wrong. This knife has never employed a SpeedSafe system. Please remove that line in the Description.

Also, whoever is editing your knife listings doesn’t know knives. Please, please, please, employ a dedicated knife expert that can handle negotiations, co-labs, and oversee the listings. The constant Spec errors are increasingly annoying to potential buyers and a black eye for Drop which comes off as incompetent.
I really want you folks to succeed. But Drop is sometimes regarded as a joke because of all of the inaccurate listings and lack of deals.
Thanks
Glenn
glennacI mean, it's good that they finally fixed it.....but sad that they still don't understand why you can't just change specs and descriptions in the middle of a drop, after units have sold. It's been explained to them sooooo many times in relation to this drop and others, in the comments, in service tickets, in Slack.
And they just continue to ignore the fact that they're breaking laws by doing so.
I don't think I've ever dealt with another retailer who has such a complete lack of respect for their customers, who still somehow (almost miraculously) manages to keep a loyal customer base.
The mind boggles 🤔
It looks like you finally corrected all the errors. The knife is now smaller with assisted opening. But the price remains the same. Are you thinking that I should be grateful that it didn't go up?
Were is it made ? I’ve requested this be posted on everything but to no avail. Not good business practice transparency is a good model to live by. I only buy American made!!!
Well, technically Kershaw has been a Japanese company since 1977. And they made their knives overseas until 1997. On a fun separate note... Kershaw was founded by a Gerber employee who was tired of their shit. Some things never change...
I had none of the quality related issues that other users reported when I bought mine during the last drop. While it's size is debatable, I liked the knife overall. The clip is a bit short and I promptly lost my knife within a week (grmble) bc of it. I am now buying 2, one to replace the one I lost, a second one for gift purposes. I hope I don't have the quality issues mentioned below as that would just suck. And in terms carrying the knife, I won't. I learned that lesson already. It just becomes part of the knife collection. Somebody else can lose it after I croaked....
DesastorWait.....you'll only buy this knife to stick it in a box and call it a day? This knife is meant to be used. For Pete's sake this is a $50 knife not a $10,000 Rolex.
