So, that's interesting... On 09/10 the description still said this had a SpeedSafe assisted opener. So this makes 2 times now that the product description on this knife was changed during live drops. Hope everyone who joined this time takes note, and contacts support about it.

Sep 10, 8:30 AM PDT  Folks, With all the grief you have received regarding the incorrect Specs on the Copper Natrix knife, you still don’t have it fixed. The listing Description states: “ Because the blade is propelled by the SpeedSafe opening system, it opens fast and smooth.” Wrong. This knife has never employed a SpeedSafe system. Please remove that line in the Description.  https://drop.com/buy/kershaw-copper-natrix-folding-knife?sort=latest#overview Also, whoever is editing your knife listings doesn’t know knives. Please, please, please, employ a dedicated knife expert that can handle negotiations, co-labs, and oversee the listings. The constant Spec errors are increasingly annoying to potential buyers and a black eye for Drop which comes off as incompetent.  I really want you folks to succeed. But Drop is sometimes regarded as a joke because of all of the inaccurate listings and lack of deals. Thanks Glenn

glennacI mean, it's good that they finally fixed it.....but sad that they still don't understand why you can't just change specs and descriptions in the middle of a drop, after units have sold. It's been explained to them sooooo many times in relation to this drop and others, in the comments, in service tickets, in Slack. And they just continue to ignore the fact that they're breaking laws by doing so. I don't think I've ever dealt with another retailer who has such a complete lack of respect for their customers, who still somehow (almost miraculously) manages to keep a loyal customer base. The mind boggles 🤔
