If you've been considering a "real" Emerson, I'd recommend you go this direction. The fit and finish on the 30 dollar Kershaw versions is way better than the "real" Emerson branded knives.

This will be my third in this collection of collaberation with Emerson. For this pricepoint it’s a very servicable knife, with a decent edge. I know what I’m getting and my expectations are exactly in line with what is being offered.

This knive is very ok. If you like the wave feature but dont want to go for the ZT or a emerson, this is a pretty good replacment. A bit of blade play on opening, can hit a scale at the top of the grind, and that has been the case with all 3 CQC knives I've owned.
