Opinions on getting this into Australia? Would this be considered assisted opening and therefore illegal under our laws?

tacmiudAs others have stated, because it is an 'assisted opening' knife, it cannot be imported into Australia. Just in case you weren't aware, the knife import regulations changed last December for the better. You can read the most important parts here.
