I am a HUGE fan of Kershaw knives and this Dividend Liner-Lock Damascus has all the elements that makes me like their products so much. It feels incredibly comfortable and balanced in your hand, the blade is a work of art, and the Kershaw SpeedSafe deployment mechanism flips the blade out like a switchblade. This is a fantastic knife for the price.

Overall a very nice pocketknife with easy open and lock systems. I would be very surprised if the damascus pattern was the result of forging and folding layers. By looks it’s more likely the pattern was just screened and etched.

This knife stays in my regular rotation despite looking like a collectors piece simply because of how great it feels and the hard work it will do. Nice enough (and light enough) to carry in slacks but hardy enough to be legitimately useful.
