Just remember folks, for all you who don't know about frame-lock knives..... Do not over-bend the frame-lock when closing the knife, or you could bend the bar and ruin it's lock-up.

The pocket clip seems to rest on the lock bar. Will that provide some support against overextending the lock bar?

Not really. It doesn't quite touch.

It might. On the Leek, the clip doesn't rest on the lock, but it stops it from going too far.
