at 4.7oz it's way too heavy for what it offers. There are a bunch of other kershaw and spyderco knives that have similar features at a lower weight. Even the Tenacious which is beefy enough weighs less. You can get a blem leek for only a couple bucks more and that weighs in at 3.0oz. Each unto his/her own but I don't like more weight than necessary myself.

Does Kershaw ship to Canada again? I thought I remembered seeing that Kershaw specifically was only shipping to US on every Kershaw drop, but I don't see that here.
