How long does massdrop usually take to respond to support tickets?

boboo3I had to contact support 10 days ago and I sent it at 9:00 p.m., and I got a reply back in ~20 minutes. For this drop I sent a support ticket in on Saturday and I still haven't received a reply back all Monday, so apparently it varies..

BmwsuSame experience here, maybe they respond to newer tickets first or maybe its the damn snow storm.
I'll try sending another ticket.
