Has anyone received a reply to a support ticket yet?
I got one just now offering,
"1) I'd like to offer you a $5 partial refund for your order, and you can keep the knife.
2) I can generate a prepaid shipping label for you and you can return the knife for a full refund."
No offer for a replacement? Hmmm...
Nope you could try contacting kershaw abut it but I don't think they would do anything.
