I have this model in the solid black and it is one of my top 3 favorites, and my Constant Carry.
It holds an edge well, and opens as fast as possibly needed with ease. On the down side, it has opened partially in my pocket a couple of times. The first time it happened I was not paying attention and it got the best of me, but I do not normally use the locking mechanism for the blade either - my fault, not the knifes.
