A few weeks ago, I bought the Stonewash version of this knife for a friend. I'm glad the Blackwash version popped up recently, because I needed one for myself after having seen it.
I like the blade geometry and the overall design of the knife. It is a nice gentleman's knife. It's small and thin enough to be unobtrusive, yet it has a 3" blade made of a pretty high-end powdered metal. ELMAX is superb because of how ridiculously sharp it can get, how long it'll hold that edge for, and how easy it is to sharpen once it dulls. It is a very desirable input material despite its high cost.
I hope this is a discontinued model. It'll soon become a collector's knife :)
