Purchased several Leeks over the years and it's one of the knives I actually do carry, every day. The opening mechanism is the best on the market (comparable in speed to a full automatic). Only caveat I can think of here is that the handle material isn't specified. One of the versions I purchased used anodized aluminum handles which were too light and made the knife feel unbalanced compared to the standard steel handles on the original Leek. Otherwise, these are the best forty-dollars knives around.

Civil_DisobedientThe version I was referring to specified "anodized aluminum" too--and it was too light.
