Everyday Carry is like underwear, you have to find what fits & is comfortable. Sometimes you may enjoy different options depending on the occasion!
Personally I really like this gem, had it for a couple of years and as I stated on a similar drop it serves me well, but the locking mechanism may be a necessity for the user depending on their lifestyle:
In bending & stooping while carrying in pocket I had the blade open a couple of times ~ (lock not on) it may have been me or the newness since it has not occurred in over a year now. Just an F.Y.I. tidbit since it has a serious point to it and left a permanent reminder in my thigh.
Tolerance in the frame/blade is tight, which is excellent, but as a pocket carry it is prone to getting lint in the frame, WD-40 or silicone spray works excellent to remedy, other light oils slow the assisted opening.
