Just got mine in the mail today and I'm quite pleased with it. It takes a bit more effort than I had expected in order to close the blade but it does force me to be more careful in doing so, which is a good thing since I'd rather not accidentally close it on my fingers. The blade isn't hair shaving sharp right out of the box but plenty sharp for most purposes, so no complaints there. Opening the blade is quite smooth and fast and the default tip-down carry position of the clip I quite like. My only complaint is the frame lock doesn't come down as far as I would like, making me a little less confident about the security of the lock. That being said I don't intend to use it for anything heavier than cutting cardboard packages so this could end up being a non-issue.
