I guess if you needed cheap boxcutters that wouldn't hurt your feelings if you left them on a crate by accident. I'm constantly losing knives.

Drooperado, why don't you come to your senses. Hang this junk on the fences, say, so long. Anyone with a lick of sense isn't going to want this trash. I am a Kershaw fan, but they don't get a pass on this.

This is one of those things you would find on a sad Target clearance end-cap after Christmas, because it didn't sell on the shelf of cheap-ass last-minute "dad gifts" they always roll out in the middle of the men's clothing section.

So, do you guys at Drop, like, ever check each others work or go through a check list before typing up a overview? Do you even look at the product? It's one thing to miss a grammatical error, but to completely give the wrong info is incompetent. What I mean is, one of the bullet points for the knife is that it's pocket clip is "tip up right hand carry" when clearly in the picture everyone with half a brain can see that it's actually tip down. For some people that makes a world of difference. I would know this too, since I do own this very same knife. It's spring assisted with a flipper tab and a tip down right hand carry pocket clip. I mean come on guys, put the bong down for like 2 minutes and double check your work. Jeesh.

I don’t like knocking on things without a good reason. This is a good price and at the end of the day having something is better than nothing when you need it. But I’ve seen this come back on this site several times and there soooooo many better options out there on a starter kit. Price would be higher but better quality.
As far as I can tell (admittedly not a Kershaw user) the only thing worth the price is the MiniTool. The knife is a great bonus as a purchase but will eventually become invaluable when you need it. Speaking from experience as a budget edc guy 😀
So good price for what you get, but there are better options out there. I have no use for a dog tag.
