MistercupcakeJust got to take a chance on whether it gets through, we have the same backwards laws here in the UK as you are treated like a juvenile, and not a adult who has a interest in these things.
You can pretty much kill a person with anything if you are looking to do it, even a larger kitchen knife would probably do the job more proficiently if you so wished I would imagine, I just ordered one anyway in fact second Kershaw knife this fortnight, don't let some baby faced idiots in power tell you what you can and can't pocess within reason, order the thing if you want it, funny enough I had two knifes which was opened by customs but sent them on to me anyhow? But two were stopped and withheld but they were all similar.
This may mean that customs individuals can interpret the law's as they wish or one was having a bad day, who know's? Because as the law goes I shouldn't have got any forwarded on, you just have to weigh up how many you are prepared to lose, it's best really to get a load of cheaper knifes and maybe sacrifice one or two, rather than paying a load out on just one and risk losing that.
This isn't an expensive knife anyway but looks decent and be happy having it, although it would be disappointing to have taken, it wouldn't be such a financial hit that would put you of trying again for another.
