Customs can be really strange in how they decide what they pass and what they hold. Unfortunately I cannot promise that Belgian Customs will let this through without issue, as it really is up to the discretion of the customs agent that looks at the parcel. That being said the fact that you have gotten knives of similar sizes through is a favorable sign.
