Yet again I placed an order with the thieves here at massdrop only to be disappointed again.
I have yet to receive any items that I’ve ordered through massdrop.
Customer service is non-existent. I’ve requested on several occasions that they contact me in regards to the missing merchandise.
BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN IGNOR THE REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE.
I FIND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS WEBSITE TO BE NOTHING MORE THAN CYBER THEIVES.
BETTER OFF SHOPPING ON AMAZON OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE SITE.

PhishToday 7/24/2018 I finally received a refund from massdrop for the keybar. It only took 2weeks and 4 customer support agents to get things correct.
I have checked several time to ensure that massdrop had my mailing address correct, which they did. They still sent the items to a different address then what was on file. Why this happened? Massdrop doesn’t have an answer for it.
At least i finally got my $$ back.
I wont be ordering from them again.
