After 2 years of owning this keyboard and only occasionally using it, it is now dead. It'll light up and light down immediately. Device manager showes "device descriptor request failed". No amount of trying to reset or use the function keys will fix it. I guess I got what I paid for. My recommendation: stay away from this keyboard.

So I got mine yesterday, and the space bar stabilizers are broken/stuck. Does anyone know how to open this? will I even be able to access the stabs if I open it? they look PCB mounted.

For anyone curious about the keycap sizes. http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/ Got to "preset" at the top and select "Keycool 84" Click on the individual keycaps to find the size. It's reported at the bottom "properties > width"

Odd. All the reviews on the Aliexpress page for this talk about how they expected mini USB and got USB-C. Oh, well.

I really wish that you could find the firmware for this keyboard. The LEDs frequently don't work when I first have to plug it in, and I have to unmap the caps lock key and make the LED for caps lock in Karabiner-Elements before the silly thing will turn the LEDs on.

Meh. RGB Gaterons are useless. The keycaps let no light through at all, so the LED light reflects into the membrane from under the keycaps. Woo hoo. Save money and avoid this useless option!

Rosebud41Luckily, the switches and the keycaps are two completely separate pieces, so you can buy different keycaps if you want the light to be able to shine through.
