Hey there Arthur, got my side printed pink set in and it looks nice and all, but I'm having problems with the keys that need stabilizers, specifically the enter, backspace, and both shift keys. They fit onto the switch just fine, but they stick to the bottom when pressed. I tried different stabilizers , but that didn't help it, so I'm using keys from a different set in the mean time. It looks like the keys I mentioned are bent/shaped weirdly? And maybe that's causing it.
Not sure how to go about resolving at as it sounds like a manufacturer issue, but I just thought I'd get my problem out there.

I finally got around to installing my keycaps on a board and am having the same problem, but only with the spacebar, were you able to fix the problem?

Our warehouse team just received the bulk shipment this evening! All that’s left is to break the order down and prepare your individual orders for shipment. We are aiming to get everything out the door by Tuesday. Once everything is shipped, tracking confirmation emails will follow.

Our vendor has informed us that the bulk shipment was picked up on Saturday, and it is currently en route to our warehouse! Transit time typically takes about a week, so we are expecting to receive the order this weekend, with fulfillment starting on Monday.

We just got off the phone with the vendor, and they plan on shipping our order out this Thursday. With transit time from their location being a week, our warehouse team should receive everything by the end of next week. Checking back in with the latest info. Due to the holiday season and volume, production for these keycaps have hit a bit of a bottleneck. Right now, our vendor expects to have the finished goods on hand by 12/20. As we get closer to that date, we will schedule a pick up with our freight forwarder to ensure that no time is wasted. Transit time from the vendor's location is about a week, so we are looking at fulfillment towards the end of the month.
