Windows won't recognize it, apparently doesn't have drivers so it wont work at all? anyone have similar issues?
Nothing at all, tried it on another computer, uninstalled drivers, restarted, unplugged, replugged, everything. Think I just got unlucky with this one...

jmachinAh I'm glad its not just me, I don't know about emailing keycool, their website doesn't give me much faith in a reply...
What version of windows are you using out of curiosity? I wonder if its significant to just windows 8.1?

MitchyI'm using 8.1 but I tried the keyboard on a different computer(windows 7) and same issue it won't recognize the usb.

MitchyYep me too. Seems DOA. I'm on Windows 7, but it doesn't even seem like it's getting power (caps lock light doesn't come on at all) are there supposed to be drivers for it? I tested the cable separately too, and that's fine. Hoping it's not DOA as shipping things back from NZ gets expensive :(

TLFHYeah looks like I'm going to be sending mine back, they said they would refund the shipping cost, so you won't be out of pocket, just a waste of 2 and a bit months, really disappointing, I hope people in this drop take a bit of caution when joining because this is the 4th person I've heard having issues so far and potentially more

A little frustrated by the Keyboard Club

Not sure what other's experience has been... but the Keyboard Club has been a pretty frustrating experience for me. The discount is supposed to be $30-100 USD. I looked at my history today, and there have only been a handful of times - IN 3 YEARS! - where my discount was more than $30. The odds of a deeper discount at a time I'm actually ready to buy are worse than the Powerball. I wish that Drop would start advertising this for what it is: Pay for the Club and you'll get $30 discount per month. It feels like it would be more honest than what we're seeing right now. After 3 years I canceled. I just can't justify paying for discounts that are (almost) always at the lowest end of the promised range.
