One of the pictures shows Costar stabilizer inserts; can anyone confirm that this keyboard actually uses them?

mrcrumbI was surprised too, but that's fine, Cherry's version is way better, much more robust.

Pr.PlumpI get why people say they feel more solid, but I honestly can't stand them. With a linear switch like reds the difference in actuation force is really noticeable. Just preference though, like most things on mechanical keyboards. Just wish there were more sub-75% boards with costar stabs.

mrcrumbAh, well on very light switches this might be true. This Keycool is my first with Cherry stabilizers, and honestly with black switches, there is no difference. I'd even say that until the switches get smoothed down, the keys with stabs are slicker and easier to actuate.

MitchyCan I ask you when did you ordered yours and how long it took to arrive? I went with Kailh Brown non-backlit. The shipping date on the description page say March 31, realistically I would get it around April 10 right?

MitchyDarn, I really want this keyboard and would pay a 20$ markup on MechanicalKeyboard.com but it's literally sold out everywhere even all the asian online retailer. How are you liking yours? I got the non backlit because it seem more simple and classy plus saving $17 on something I rarely turn on is also nice lol.

hananimyeah the backlight was really disappointing imo, the keycaps made it look more creamy coloured rather than a pure white. But wasn't a deal breaker for me, however I had to RMA mine because my computer wouldn't recognize it :( which is disappointing, so now I'm looking to get a poker instead!

MitchyThat sucks man, hope that doesn't happen to any of the batches that are going out this time. What Keyboard are you using in the mean time? Right now I'm using my cm quickfire mx blue, can't wait to get my hands on those brown switches with white keycaps :)

hananimYeah I have no idea what the issue with but I think it was just driver related, so in theory just reinstalling windows MIGHT fix it, or some pc wiz might beable to configure it in a way to work with another keyboards drivers or something, but for me it just honestly wasnt worth the hassle
In the meantime I'm using my Ducky shine! Bought this board like 2 years ago, thought it was time to upgrade :)
Yeah get your hands on some blank white keycaps from banggood! they look awesome
