After receiving mine, I'd highly recommend avoiding Cherry Blues. The switches are wildly inconsistent from one another. The noise of each click varies greatly, and some of the switches wobble so much that they bind under normal use. The force required to press the switch isn't consistent due to poor tolerances. Some of the sliders are way rougher than others.
I've felt other boards with Cherry Blues which were consistent. The one I received shouldn't even bear the Cherry name...
Another_Overpriced_DropSay, I had the same experience with Cherry blues, except on a KB V60 keyboard.
I was actually shocked and dismayed at how some of the keys bound up if you pressed them on the sides or corners. Almost felt like you were pushing the key into wet, fine sand. That's how frictiony, heavy, and gritty they felt. They were OK if you pressed straight down on the shaft. Not all the keys were like this, but enough of them that I couldn't use they keyboard for regular typing. Plus two of the keys didn't click.
This after I owned two different keyboard with Greetech Blues. Wow, these are what blues should be. Fast, light, smooth, accurate feeling. Consistent. These are two notches above the experience I had with the V60 Cherry blues.
Now the Cherry blues on my CODE keyboard were much more consistent than those on the V60, but they were still more gritty and frictiony than the Greetechs. But none of the CODE keys had the terrible heavy wet sand type feeling of the V60, so probably better quality control on the CODE.
I'm considering this keyboard, but will probably go for Browns. Maybe Cherry Browns. In truth, I've only tried Greetech browns (which are great), so hope I'm not disappointed again with the Cherries.
