Some keys I've figured out using Google Translate photo feature to scan the included sheet:
FN + tab = switch between bluetooth/wired (power on for bluetooth mode, wired mode won't work in bluetooth mode)
FN + P (hold for 5 seconds) = enter bluetooth pairing mode (bluetooth name is "87 Keyboard")
FN + up/down arrow = change brightness
FN + left/right arrow = change rgb loop rate
FN + INS = toggle rgb on/off
FN + PgUp = cycle lighting effect
FN + PgDn = cycle color (each lighting effect can be used with full rgb or single/rotating colors depending on the effect)
FN + Q/W/E = stored bluetooth connections
FN + Win key = disable/enable win key
FN + space (press for a long time, maybe 35 seconds) = factory reset (I did not test this)
The extra light on the spacebar is the charging light and will only show while plugged in and on bluetooth mode. Turn off the switch for the light to go away if you're using it plugged in.
The rest of it doesn't make sense to me so I didn't include it. Sorry I don't have the energy to figure it out. Good luck!
Thx wormo. Finally able to use it a little. I can't get it to work unless it's connected to bluetooth tho. Is yours (and everyone else's) working in wired mode with the switch turned off? My RGB effects r activated when its plugged in and switched off, but key presses r dead unless I'm connected via bluetooth (switched on).
Glad to help. Mine works normally wired. Try pressing FN + Tab to switch to wired mode?
I've tried, it still won't work. As soon as I disconnect it from bluetooth its DEAD (except for the backlighting). To make things extra crummy, Drop contact/support is ignoring me. Just sent a 2nd support request.
Same, doesn't work in wired mode...
One thing worth trying, I've heard others mention it... I think the type-c connector can be connected enough to light up the kb but it is NOT completely inserted. Evidently, it tricks a lot of people. Try pushing the type-c connection into the kb a little more. It may take a little force but nothing crazy. Hope you're one of the lucky ones. Let us know if it helps
Wow, I just tried it and it works. Exactly as you said, it requires an extra push and it will click, you will feel it. Also, somehow it works only from one side of wire 🤔🤔 thanks a lot!
Awesome! Hope u can get er' all the way going. If anything else seems wonky, I would try those easy, tried and true t-shooting methods like a hard reset or restart... maybe a glance at Task Manager to see if anything stands out... check for updates, etc. I'll help if I can.
