TylerThat isn't 100% true I just got an email from Kelly saying that half of my order is missing and they cannot find it. I was issued a refund, because half of my order couldn't be sourced. Responsive customer service.. I really wish my order would've went through. I was excited about the 2 pro bundles, but I understand that things happen! Thanks Massdrop support team for the timely resolve of the case of the missing Black on Black Keyport Slide 8+ Pro bundle.. I've already voted for the Keyport to hit the Drop ZONE again...
I'll be back for more Keyports...
Thanks again for the responsive service. I appreciate great service, and great service isn't always a perfect transaction, but it's how all transactions are handled, and when they go bad, communication, and follow are key to keep the clients coming back for more!
