Great looking and working keyboard. The build quality is good for the price and for the fact it is plastic case.
My only gripe is with the software for customizing the keys. It runs only on windows and I had to run a VM on my Mac to get it customized. Definitely a power user thing if you are on a Mac. Also, no official website and the firmware version this keyboard comes with is newer than the Github repo I see linked in the comments. It is not a very future proof keyboard the way I see it but the layout is great and it has Bluetooth so that makes it a winner for me.
Also the keycaps are great. Very good feel PBT.
Never buy Bluetooth keyboards that aren't at least rocking BT 4.0. This is my work keyboard and it's been so for the las 18 months. 5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Not a single hiccup or weird disconnection. Once it starts missing a keystroke every month or so, I know it's time to plug it in and charge it up.
Great to type on, but a little lacking in extras.
I use this as both my gaming keyboard and the travel keyboard I take with me to accompany my iPad--connecting via Bluetooth. However, connecting to other devices / switching between connections doesn't seem to work most of the time, which is sad. (It's supposed to support switching between 3 BT devices, but following the instructions simply doesn't work for me.)
The backlighting isn't especially helpful, impaired by the solid keycaps, but that wasn't why I bought the keyboard.
So--overall, a solid keyboard at a great price for all-day typing, whether at a desktop or on the go, just don't expect all the bells and whistles of some other keyboards.
I like it a lot.
Cons:
No battery level indicator / unable to see battery level in Windows / Mac OS. Maybe I'm missing something.
Pros:
The weight and rubber feet are just heavy and sticky enough to keep the keyboard securely in place on my desk without feeling chunky.
Zero issues switching back and forth between Mac and other OSes with this keyboard. Mac OS initially complained once about not recognizing the up arrow to the right of the shift key, but all keys work correctly after closing the dialog.
The updated instruction manual that came with the keyboard is clear and accurate.
The backlighting is a nice touch on an otherwise low-frills keyboard.
Construction quality is better than I expected. There is nothing wrong with the keyboard. All the keys are level, switches feel equal across the board, all the lights work, and the usb port is sturdy.
A battery level indicator and better software support for customizing the fn layer would earn 5 stars.
Overall I like this keyboard. Build quality is great. BT connection is reliable.
Pros:
- supporting multiple pairings.
- backlights.
- enough battery life. (4-5 days)
Cons:
- programming is limited and need an app.
- double-shot keycaps aren't used. (Why backlight?)
I can't get it to pair to any of my devices. Windows, Linux, and multiple versions of Android do not work. Occasionally, I can get it to work by plugging it in over the microUSB, but not always. Massively disappointing.
Awesome keyboard really classic looking and an amazing key-clicking feeling. I bought one for red switch and the Bluetooth wireless transition is really smooth
Its alright. Often has connectivity issues. But the hardware and chassis are good, and the keys work fine. Had it for 3 years without much of an issue.
Also the keycaps are great. Very good feel PBT.
