It should be fine for moderately sensitive headphones.
From (https://headfonics.com/khadas-tone2-pro-review/), it has a 3.5mm single-ended output capable of 125mW into 32Ω.

It's actually balanced, but you need the special cables, Khadas sells them on their site.

FrogmeatI find that kind of odd, since balanced requires 3 wires (positive, negative, ground) and RCA cables only have 2 (signal, ground).

FrogmeatWow, that is... interesting. "Compatible with standard RCA plugs and cables" - I guess that means if you plug in a regular RCA plug you just get the hot and ground.
