I received my booster box today. However, I never heard back anything from mass drop on this issue; I'm still very disappointed in the customer service.

These were shipped from different vendors. One of them sent us an excel sheet with all of the tracking information on it but saved it as the wrong file format and it truncated the 30 character tracking numbers (into scientific notation)... That's why they show up as "940551E21"... etc.
We uploaded the, realized the issue and emailed the vendor but they've been unresponsive (probably gone on holidays). So ultimately no luck with tracking.
I wish we could be more responsive to your queries but unfortunately we're short staffed over the holidays as well. I'm glad to hear your boxes have been received and we'll endeavor to provide a higher quality of service to you in the future.

MarkI appreciate your reply and commitment to being more responsive in the future, but it also seems like not everyone had the same issue. My tracking number was fine, it just showed it got delivered to washington. I received the box in the same package with a new tracking number, and what appeared to be a large smudge through the barcode on the original tracking number. I don't know if that was the cause of the problem or done later to prevent misreads. My issue had nothing to do with incorrect tracking numbers.

PieBanditWeird, thanks for reporting that. I'll add it to our incident report. We ship a lot of packages, and a lot of different/random things come up, I haven't heard of smudged barcodes before but it's possible it had an affect on the issue...
